Welcome to DairyPro. By accessing or using our platform, web application, mobile interfaces, and associated software services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before establishing an account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to our modules, or using any feature of the DairyPro platform, you confirm your legal capacity and absolute agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all sections of this agreement, you are prohibited from utilizing our services.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To leverage our Dairy Herd Management System, you must register for an enterprise or user account. You agree to provide precise, updated, and comprehensive details during registration.
- Security: You are uniquely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Account Activities: Any operation, log, or data adjustment occurring under your account parameters remains your full responsibility.
- Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify our technical support team if you detect or suspect a security breach, unauthorized access, or leak of credential frameworks.
3. Data Ownership and License
Your Data: You retain complete ownership rights over all livestock logs, milk production shifts, veterinary registries, and financial tracking data you upload into the platform. DairyPro claims no structural ownership over your farm data.
Our License to Your Data: You grant DairyPro a limited, secure, global license to host, parse, process, and generate analytical reporting patterns from your input parameters strictly for the purpose of delivering software services to your farm.
Our Intellectual Property: The software, code configurations, UI designs, brand imagery, logic workflows, and backend database frameworks are the sole exclusive property of DairyPro and its licensors.
4. Subscription Packages and Payment Gateways
Certain modular insights, herd scaling tiers, and deep multi-period analysis parameters require an active premium subscription.
- Billing & Gateways: Payments are billed securely via authorized API integrations, including mobile money platforms such as Safaricom’s M-Pesa network.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled at any milestone through your profile system settings. Refunds are handled transparently based on active billing periods or pre-negotiated tier contracts.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using DairyPro, you strictly agree that you will not:
- Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to pull database metrics or overwhelm cloud resource allocation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the platform’s security mechanisms or Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
- Inject malware, corrupt lines of code, or malicious payloads into the system endpoints.
- Use the platform to falsify official regulatory livestock health statistics or manipulate yield logs fraudulently.
6. Limitation of Liability
DairyPro provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" technological matrix. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable statutory law, DairyPro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of farm profits, production downtime, livestock data corruption, or cloud infrastructure disruptions—arising from your interaction with or inability to access the software infrastructure.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your software access privileges without prior notice if we establish that you have severely breached these terms, failed to resolve subscription arrears, or engaged in structural activities that threaten the integrity of our hosting frameworks or other active farms.
