Go to Herd Registry in the dashboard sidebar, then click "Add Cattle". Fill in the animal details — tag number, breed, date of birth — and save. The animal will immediately appear in your herd list and be available for production and health tracking.

Navigate to Milk Production and select the shift (morning, midday, evening). Enter yields per animal or as a bulk total. Data is saved in real-time and reflected in your reports instantly.

When you initiate a payment, we send an STK push prompt to your registered M-Pesa number. Confirm the payment on your phone and your subscription is activated automatically. If the prompt doesn't arrive, check your balance and ensure your phone number is correct in Settings.

Open the profile menu in the top-right header and select Subscription. From there you can view your current plan, compare options, and upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Access is controlled by roles. Farm Owners can manage all sections; Managers and Workers have restricted access by default. Go to Settings → Team to adjust a member's role or grant specific permissions.

Yes. Open any report, click the Export button in the top-right corner, and choose CSV or PDF. You can also schedule automated monthly reports to be emailed directly to you.

Only you and the team members you explicitly invite can access your farm data. DairyPro staff cannot view your records without your explicit permission, and all data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
